About Me

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, or stuck in relationship patterns that no longer serve you? You’re not alone. Many people come to therapy searching for support with anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and relationship difficulties. I specialise in helping individuals and couples move through these challenges with clarity and compassion.

I offer support for people experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, chronic worry, ADHD-related challenges, low motivation, emotional overwhelm, and depression. I also work with clients who struggle with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), offering gentle but effective strategies grounded in trauma-informed practice.

In couples work, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and repair emotional disconnection. Whether you are dealing with conflict, betrayal, intimacy issues, or uncertainty about staying together, couples therapy provides a structured and supportive space to understand each other more deeply.

I am trauma-informed psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting people affected by childhood trauma, domestic abuse, attachment wounds, and long-term stress. My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing from parts work, inner child healing, nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic therapy, and guided hypnotherapy. I also offer a Yoga-CBT programme for those wanting to reconnect body and mind while working through anxiety, trauma, or stress.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the corporate world leading mental health and inclusion initiatives, so I understand what it’s like to appear successful on the outside while struggling silently inside. My own healing journey inspires my work and grounded in empathy, safety, and no judgment. Alongside my work with clients I also teach counselling skills and hypnotherapy, supporting the development of the next generation of therapists.

Why You Might Be Here
You may feel like you’re constantly coping, managing, or “pushing through.” Maybe you’re stuck in cycles of overthinking, shutdown, or people-pleasing. You might be carrying the weight of early trauma, emotionally unavailable caregivers, or unhealed relationship wounds.

These are the kinds of patterns I help people gently unpack and shift, so you can feel more safe, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

How I Work
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to your needs. We might:

Explore how past experiences influence current behaviours and emotions

Use nervous system regulation and grounding tools to build emotional safety

Engage in parts work or somatic processing to heal trauma stored in the body

Work relationally to support better boundaries and self-wort

Support couples in creating more connected, respectful communication

If you are a couple seeking support, I also offer couples counselling to help you understand each other better, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally and physically. At times, I may work with each partner individually to deepen the process.

What to Expect
I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a feel for my style and ask any questions.

In our first session, we will explore what’s bringing you to therapy and how you’d like to feel moving forward.

We can work weekly or bi-weekly, either online or in-person. Some people come for short-term support; others prefer longer-term work. There’s no pressure, we will go at a pace that works for you.

Next Steps
If you are ready to feel more connected, more confident, and more in tune with yourself or your partner, I would love to hear from you. Please send me email or message. Therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Let’s take it one step at a time, together.
